Canada eTA & U.S. ESTA application assistance
EstaEta provides optional paid private assistance for eligible Canada eTA and U.S. ESTA applications. Start by checking your passport country and destination so you can identify whether an eTA, ESTA or another travel-document route is more appropriate before beginning a paid application.
EstaEta is operated by Arc Techno Pty Ltd in Australia and is not a government website. Government authorities decide eligibility, authorization, admission and official processing. Travellers can always apply directly through the relevant official government website instead of using EstaEta.
Canada eTA application assistance
Eligible visa-exempt travellers generally need a Canada electronic travel authorization when flying to or transiting through a Canadian airport. Some passport holders from selected visa-required countries may qualify only when additional Government of Canada conditions are met. EstaEta's guided flow is designed to route travellers toward eligibility information before payment when the standard eTA route does not clearly apply.
The official Government of Canada eTA fee is CAN$7. EstaEta's private service fee is separate and disclosed before payment. Government processing times vary, and EstaEta does not guarantee approval, admission or a government processing time.

U.S. ESTA application assistance
ESTA is used by eligible Visa Waiver Program travellers for qualifying travel to the United States. A passport from a participating country is only one part of eligibility: the traveller must also meet current program, e-passport, trip-purpose and individual eligibility requirements.
The official U.S. ESTA fee is currently US$40.27. EstaEta's private service fee is separate and shown before payment. ESTA authorization is not a U.S. visa and does not guarantee admission to the United States.

Choose the correct route before you pay
EstaEta's commercial service is intended to make the application journey clearer, not to sell the wrong authorization to every visitor. The travel authorization checker and destination guidance help distinguish ordinary eTA or ESTA routes from exemptions, conditional eligibility and situations where another travel document may be required.
If you use EstaEta, the private assistance service includes a guided online form, review for obvious completeness or data-entry issues, secure payment and customer support.
