1. Website operator

EstaEta.com is operated by Arc Techno Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary company. Legal name: Arc Techno Pty Ltd. ABN: 64 643 149 848. ACN: 643 149 848. 2. Nature of the service

EstaEta is a private Canada eTA application-assistance service. It is not the Government of Canada, IRCC, CBSA, an embassy or a consulate. EstaEta cannot issue an eTA or make a Canadian immigration or border decision. Use of EstaEta is optional and the official application remains available directly through Canada.ca.

3. Administrative service role

Arc Techno Pty Ltd administrative and support staff operate the website, collect factual application information, provide save/resume tools, perform permitted administrative checks for missing fields or obvious factual inconsistencies, handle customer support, document administration and billing. They do not independently provide Canadian immigration advice, make individualized eligibility assessments, issue professional conclusions or represent customers.

4. Regulated professional and IRCC representative process

Professional review, individualized eligibility assessment, immigration advice where required, supervision and professional conclusions are handled through the regulated Canadian immigration service. When a customer is properly retained or authorized for regulated representation and it is legally permitted, the regulated professional may prepare, review or submit through IRCC's Authorized Paid Representatives Portal or another appropriate IRCC representative process. Canadian authorities remain responsible for the government decision.

5. Pricing disclosure

The standard EstaEta private service fee is US$49.95 per applicant and is a one-time charge, not a subscription. The official Government of Canada eTA application fee is CAN$7 per applicant and is separate from, and not included in, the EstaEta service fee. EstaEta does not present a fixed US-dollar amount as the official government fee or as a currency equivalent of CAN$7.

6. Government-fee disbursements and refunds

If a government fee is paid on a customer's behalf under an authorized service or representative process, it is handled at the actual government amount as a disbursement. No margin is added to an amount presented as a government fee. Private service fees are earned only against completed disclosed service milestones; unearned balances remain refundable subject to applicable law and any professional client-service agreement. 7. Intellectual property

Original EstaEta branding, site content, software, layouts and other proprietary material are owned by or licensed to Arc Techno Pty Ltd unless otherwise identified. Government names, marks, public information and third-party brands remain the property of their respective owners. References to Canada, IRCC, CICC and other official bodies are for identification and source-linking and do not imply government endorsement.

8. External links and official sources

EstaEta links to government and regulatory sources because those sources control official rules, fees, professional regulation and government processing. External sites are operated independently from EstaEta and control their own content, availability, security, cookies and privacy practices.
