Terms & Conditions
Effective 28 August 2026 · Arc Techno Pty Ltd / EstaEta.com
EstaEta is a private Canada eTA assistance service operated by Arc Techno Pty Ltd. The standard EstaEta private service fee is US$49.95 per applicant. The official Government of Canada eTA fee is CAN$7 per applicant and is separate from, and not included in, the EstaEta service fee. Administrative staff handle factual and administrative functions; regulated professional review, individualized eligibility assessment, immigration advice and representation are handled through the regulated professional service where applicable. Canadian authorities make the government decision. You can apply directly on Canada.ca without using EstaEta.
1. Contracting party
These Terms govern your use of EstaEta.com and the Canada eTA private assistance service purchased through the site. Your contracting party for the EstaEta service is Arc Techno Pty Ltd (ABN 64 643 149 848; ACN 643 149 848), 47 Hill Road, Wentworth Point, NSW 2127, Australia, operating online through EstaEta.com.
2. Private-service status
EstaEta is a private, fee-based Canada eTA application-assistance service. It is not the Government of Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), an embassy or a consulate. Using EstaEta is optional.
3. Official government alternative
You may apply directly through the official Government of Canada eTA service without purchasing EstaEta's private service. The Government of Canada currently states that the official eTA application fee is CAN$7 per applicant.
4. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract, or act with lawful authority for a minor or another applicant. If you provide information for another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide that information and make the relevant factual declarations on their behalf.
5. Canada eTA service scope
The EstaEta service may include a structured factual application intake, save/resume functionality, permitted administrative checks for missing fields and obvious factual inconsistencies, customer support, status communication, document handling, billing/payment administration and regulated Canadian immigration services where professional review, individualized eligibility assessment, advice, supervision, representation or submission is required.
6. Administrative staff responsibilities
Arc Techno administrative and support staff operate the website and customer workflow, collect factual information, perform permitted administrative completeness checks, handle billing and provide customer support. They do not independently provide Canadian immigration advice, make individualized eligibility assessments, issue professional conclusions or represent customers before Canadian authorities.
7. Regulated Canadian immigration services
Regulated Canadian immigration services provided through Arc Techno Pty Ltd / EstaEta.com are provided and supervised by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Professional review, individualized eligibility assessment, immigration advice where required and professional conclusions are handled through that regulated professional service.
8. Professional engagement and client service agreement
Where regulated Canadian immigration work requires a client service agreement, retainer, authorization or other professional documentation, those requirements apply in addition to these website Terms. The professional scope, fees, milestones, authority to act, responsibilities, termination rights and other regulated terms must be documented as required before the relevant regulated work is performed.
9. IRCC representative process
When a customer is properly retained or authorized for regulated representation and it is legally permitted, the regulated professional may prepare, review or submit a Canada eTA or related matter through IRCC's Authorized Paid Representatives Portal or another appropriate IRCC representative process. This does not make EstaEta a government website and Canadian authorities remain responsible for government decisions.
10. Application workflow
The typical workflow may include reviewing general travel-document information, completing factual Canada-focused intake, administrative completeness checks, regulated professional review or assessment where required, customer authorization, and an appropriate government or representative step where legally permitted. The exact steps depend on the customer's circumstances and service scope.
11. General eligibility information
General website information, country lists and questionnaire routing do not produce an individualized professional eligibility determination. Where an individualized eligibility assessment is required, it is handled through the regulated professional service. IRCC and other Canadian authorities make the government decision.
12. Your responsibility for accuracy
You are responsible for providing truthful, complete and accurate information, checking names, passport numbers, dates and answers, responding to requests for missing information and telling us promptly if information changes. False, incomplete or misleading information may cause delay, refusal, cancellation of service or other consequences.
13. Administrative corrections
EstaEta administrative staff may identify missing fields or obvious inconsistencies and may ask you to confirm or correct factual information. You remain responsible for the truth and accuracy of your information. An administrative correction request is not a professional eligibility opinion or promise of government approval.
14. EstaEta private service fee
The standard EstaEta private service fee is US$49.95 per applicant and is a one-time charge, not a subscription. It pays for the disclosed private assistance and service scope. Any different or additional paid service must be disclosed before you authorize payment.
15. Official government fee
The official Government of Canada eTA application fee is currently CAN$7 per applicant. It is separate from, and not included in, the US$49.95 EstaEta private service fee. EstaEta does not represent a fixed US-dollar amount as the official government fee or as a currency equivalent of CAN$7.
16. Government-fee disbursements
If a government application fee is paid on a customer's behalf under an authorized service or representative process, the amount is handled at the actual government cost as an authorized disbursement. No margin is added to a government fee presented as a disbursement. Government fees are set by the relevant authority and may change.
17. Currency and payment authorization
Amounts charged by EstaEta are displayed in the currency stated at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize the disclosed EstaEta service amount for the selected applicants. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own foreign-exchange, cross-border or other charges; those charges are not controlled by EstaEta.
18. Refunds and cancellation
The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. There is no automatic fixed-percentage forfeiture merely because work has started. EstaEta may retain only fees actually earned against completed, disclosed service milestones and any properly incurred non-recoverable amount. Any unearned balance remains refundable, subject to mandatory law and any applicable professional client-service agreement.
19. Government refusal, delay or request for information
A refusal, government delay, request for additional information, change in travel plans, airline issue or refusal of admission does not by itself create a right to a refund for service milestones already completed and earned. It also does not permit retention of fees for work that was never performed. EstaEta does not sell guaranteed approval or guaranteed government processing time.
20. Professional independence
Professional immigration conclusions, recommendations and decisions within the regulated service are made by the regulated professional in accordance with applicable professional obligations. Arc Techno administrative personnel do not direct or override professional conclusions.
21. Accounts and security
You must keep account credentials secure, use accurate contact information and notify us if you believe an account has been compromised. You must not access another person's application without authority, bypass security controls or misuse application data.
22. Electronic communications
You agree that service notices, requests for information, receipts, status messages and other communications may be delivered electronically using the email address or account connected with your order. Keep your contact information current.
23. Privacy and application data
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and any additional professional or service-specific notice that applies. Canada eTA information may include passport, identity, contact, travel and background information. Do not send full payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information by ordinary email.
24. Acceptable use
You must not use EstaEta for fraud, impersonation, unlawful access, false documents, malicious code, harassment, infringement, automated abuse, resale that misrepresents the service or any prohibited purpose. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems, professional obligations or legal compliance.
25. Intellectual property
The EstaEta website, branding, original content, software, layout and associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Arc Techno Pty Ltd except where third-party rights are identified. Government names, marks and external materials remain the property of their respective owners.
26. External websites
Links to Canada.ca, CICC or other external sites are provided for authoritative information and regulatory reference. Those sites are not operated by EstaEta and their content, security and policies are controlled by their respective operators.
27. Service availability and changes
We may update, suspend or modify website features, workflows and content to reflect government changes, legal or professional requirements, security needs or service improvements. Material transaction terms presented when you purchase remain relevant to that transaction except where law requires otherwise.
28. Liability and non-excludable rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstaEta is not responsible for losses caused solely by government decisions, airline actions, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, external-system outages or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
29. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Arc Techno Pty Ltd in New South Wales, Australia, subject to mandatory consumer, immigration-professional or other law that applies and cannot be displaced by contract.
30. Contact and notices
Questions about these Terms or a formal notice concerning the EstaEta service can be sent to support@estaeta.com. Do not include full payment-card numbers, security codes or passwords.
Official Government of Canada alternative
Using EstaEta is optional. Official Canada eTA information and the direct government application are available from Canada.ca.
