The official Canada eTA application remains available directly from the Government of Canada. Travellers can use Canada.ca and do not need to purchase EstaEta's service.
Customers who choose EstaEta receive a guided factual application workflow, save/resume, permitted administrative completeness checks, customer support and regulated professional review where the service requires it.

Syed Furqan Nabi Kamili is employed by Arc Techno Pty Ltd to provide and supervise regulated Canadian immigration services associated with the Canada eTA assistance service offered through EstaEta.com. His professional responsibilities include application review, individualized eligibility assessment and Canadian immigration advice where required, supervision of Canadian immigration files and, when properly retained or authorized and legally permitted, representation or submission through the appropriate IRCC process.
His duties also include reviewing supporting information, supervising administrative personnel working on Canadian files, issuing professional conclusions and escalating complex matters.

Canadian authorities remain responsible for the government decision.
