EstaEta is a private, non-government service operated by Arc Techno Pty Ltd (ABN 64 643 149 848). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Government of Canada. Using EstaEta is optional.
Canada eTA service transparency
- Arc Techno administrative and support staff operate the website and customer workflow, collect factual information, perform permitted administrative completeness checks, handle billing and provide customer support.
- Administrative staff do not independently provide Canadian immigration advice, make individualized eligibility assessments, issue professional immigration conclusions or represent customers.
- Regulated Canadian immigration services are provided and supervised by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
- Professional review, individualized eligibility assessment, immigration advice where required, supervision and professional conclusions are handled through the regulated professional service.
- The official Government of Canada eTA fee is CAN$7 per applicant.
- EstaEta's private service fee is US$49.95 per applicant and is separate from, and does not include, the official government fee.
- If a government fee is paid on a customer's behalf under an authorized service or representative process, it is handled at the actual government amount as a disbursement.
- Using EstaEta is optional; travellers may apply directly with the Government of Canada.
- Canadian authorities alone decide government applications, processing, approval and admission. EstaEta cannot guarantee an outcome or processing time.
Representative process where applicable
When a customer is properly retained or authorized for regulated representation and it is legally permitted, the regulated professional may prepare, review or submit through IRCC's Authorized Paid Representatives Portal or another appropriate IRCC representative process.
